Return Policy Overview
At The Crystal Aura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items, subject to our return guidelines.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used or cleansed
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Intimate items for hygiene reasons
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
- Fill out the return form provided in your order or available on our website
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping service
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
- Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or damaged.
